We understand in your business, no one can afford breakdown. Most of our electronic weighing instruments come with 1 year warranty against manufacture’s defects. Any instruments face faulty will need to contact us for simple trouble shooting, which could be conducted by end user. In case further checking required, all instruments are required to be returned to our ARRC.

For this, we will conduct immediate checking and repair if necessary, without charges. Should damages fall under tear and wear condition, charges will be imposed respectively, however we guarantee it will be a minimal fee just enough to cover the repair cost. For heavy duty weighing instruments, exceeding 5,000 capacity floor scales or weighbridge / truck scales, our warranty cover the defective spare parts. In this scenario, end user will need to reimburse additional charges on transportation and onsite attendance as deemed reasonably practiced in the industry.
